I'll tell you a story happened with me a couple of days ago. I've got the chance to attend an interview process (among the guys who were interviewing someone for a Team Lead position). This 2 hours were so important in my life and I guess they will be of a good value for that person too. The interview process was as follows, our HR makes a phone interview with the candidate, then a physical HR interview, then a technical interview that ends by a task. If the candidate failed in any of the interview phases, he will be thanked and let free :D. The guy applied for a position of C++ Developer position but after the phone interview, our HR suggested that due to his long experience (7 years), he may fit to a TL position... I've received and email that I really liked and thought about posting about the topic here... First story: - Americans faced a very big problem when they were planning for their first journey to the outside space.. the problem is that astronauts will not be able to use Pens and of course ink will never go out of the pen or else, it'll not stay on the paper.. to solve this, they spent about 10 millions of dollars (as the email claimed) in research to invent special pen with special ink that can be used..... on the other hand, when Russians faced the same problem, they simply advised their astronauts to use pencils ;).. Second story: - In China, there was a factory that produces something and pack it in boxes automatically. the problem is that sometimes empty boxes are produced they wanted to make something that rejects empty
